Hi, my name is Terry Martinez.  I have worked and lived in the Yuba City Area since 1985.  I have always considered home ownership to be a very important step in life.

I obtained my Real Estate License in 2003 and my Broker’s License in 2011.   I provide my clients with a full service, professional real estate experience, delivering a high level of service.  I always strive to learn more to be a better Realtor for my clients.  I am an E-Pro through NAR and E-Certified through Prudential.  I have taken classes for the Online Buyer’s Advantage and Online Seller’s Advantage.  These are 2 valuable tools I offer my clients.  I have taken classes to obtain my CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert) designation.  This training gave me in-depth knowledge of the short sale process so that I can guide my buyers and sellers.

I am here to answer all of your questions and to guide you along every step of the way.  I feel this is one of the most important jobs of a Realtor.  I am the “go-to” person if you have questions or concerns about any part of the transaction.  If I don’t know the answer, I will find it.  I have sold over 60 foreclosures.  I’m knowledgeable in writing offers that the banks will accept.  It is sometimes subtle differences in how an offer is written that makes it more acceptable to any seller.
