I’m Ryan Dusa, an owner of Prudential California Realty, and head
of the Commercial Division.  I obtained my license in 1999 and graduated from
Santa Clara University with a BSC in Marketing in 2001.  I later earned my CSP
designation (Certified Sales Professional).  I have extensive experience in
developing and land acquisition; dealing with properties ranging from retail
stores and restaurants to office space and general commercial real estate.  In
addition, I have sales and leasing experience in land, shopping centers,
apartment and office buildings and other types of investment properties
throughout the area and have also worked with a wide variety of clientele –
reaching as far as Montana.

Real Estate is a family business for me; we share a passion for the career and the respect for
the industry.  While I love what I do while at the office, I enjoy spending time
with my family, my wife Carissa, and relaxing at home with our pets.  I love
working out in the yard and garden, barbecuing and getting out to play golf.
