Maryann graduated from CSUS with a degree in Marketing and worked
in sales and management for IBM in Sacramento. However, it was her experience
working with a National Brokerage Firm, collecting information for the
commercial department, that opened her eyes to the fascinating world of real
estate.

After getting married in 1983, she moved to Southern California
and raised her family. Her son attends University of Arizona and plays rugby. Go
Wildcats! Her daughter is working toward a Master’s degree in Sydney, Australia.
Maryann thinks moving back to Northern CA 5 years ago to be closer to her family
was a great decision.

For the past 11 years, she has been teaching Math and English to
students with special needs. She has helped many students earn their high school
diploma. She has spent years working with students developing leadership skills
by volunteering in the community with the Key Club, sponsored by Kiwanis, in
addition to working with Rotary, Soroptimists and Boy and Girl Scouts.

That passion for helping people is what drives her today and that
is why she is especially excited to be a Sales Professional with Prudential Real
Estate. She looks forward to assisting clients fulfill their personal goals of
buying and selling real estate in the Yuba-Sutter
area.
