Hello, my name is Margarita Santillan, I was born in this
area and I have lived here my whole life.
I have two daughters, Adilene and Noheli. Adilene is married already and
Noheli still lives at home with me until she goes off to college.

Before I started real estate, I worked with pre-school
children.  I started as an assistant and
then I worked as a pre-school teacher.  I
enjoyed little ones very much, but after 9 years of doing that I obtained my
real estate license.  This was in 1997.

That year, I worked in real estate part time.  The following year, I dedicated myself fully
to my real estate career.  I have enjoyed
real estate very much and I don’t see myself doing anything different.  It is such a joy and pleasure for me to hand
someone the keys to their new home.  GOD
