Hi, I’m Lori Munz  and I’m a full time commercial broker with
Prudential of California and this is my 21st year in real estate.   My husband
is a builder/developer building mainly commercial and custom homes, and I’ve
been involved with many of his projects as well.   I spent 8 years as an
appraiser valuing commercial, industrial, multi residential and agricultural
property in Yuba County.   My attention to detail and a background in appraising
really propelled me towards commercial real estate.   I work with a partner,
John Taylor, and we have handled numerous REO (distressed assets) commercial
properties in the greater Sacramento Valley area  (Sutter, Yuba, Placer, Colusa
and Butte Counties).   We do Broker Price Opinions for banks, CPA’s and
attorneys, as well as clients needing to value commercial property.      We have
sold grocery stores, mobile home parks, multi residential properties, retail,
industrial and office buildings as well as vacant commercial land.   We are both
very active in our communities.   I’m a board member for the SCSD and John is on
numerous committees in Yuba County.   We are dedicated to providing excellent
service to our clients.
