Hi, I’m Joyce Polega.  I’ve been in the Real Estate profession
for five years, and I love working with first time home buyers.  I’m also the
Prudential California Realty contact for foreclosed properties so I understand
the process of finding a good value for the Buyer and properly getting the offer
accepted by the Bank.  I ‘m certified as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property
Expert) and work with a lot of Sellers who find themselves with a property they
must sell for less than the mortgage.    I have the e Certified 2.0 designation,
giving me expertise to market your property in many internet venues.   I believe
in continuing my education constantly so I’ve taken all the classes to be
certified as a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) , I have also completed all
courses for my Broker license.   In my spare time away from work, I enjoy
camping and wakeboarding with my family, including my five grandchildren who
