My name is John Taylor, I am a commercial real estate
agent/consultant. I have been involved in wide range real estate consulting,
brokering and managing in my 30+ years in this business. For the past five
years, I have focused on the Yuba and Sutter County real estate region. I live
in the South Yuba County new home community of Plumas Lake. I am very active
personally and professionally in growing South Yuba County. I am a citizen
member of the update of the General Plan for Yuba County; Co-Chair South Yuba
Economic & Improvement Committee (a committee to educate the community on
what is happening in this area). I and my broker partner, Lori Munz, are
actively working in Yuba, Sutter & Colusa Counties as brokers and
consultants with a wide range of commercial properties (industrial, retail,
office, medical, multi-family, subdivision land and agriculture acreage.  In
this area we have found that a commercial agent cannot specialize in any one
type of real estate, you need to have a good grasp on all types of properties as
well as the economics of the region. Our current client is working with lenders,
attorneys, and CPA’s in giving opinions of values and marketing their commercial
REO properties.
