Ginny has over 21 years of Real Estate experience including
Residential, Business, and Commercial; Foreclosures, Short Sales, Investments
and Office Leadership.  Her strengths are; her problem solving abilities, the
gift of being able to see the bigger picture, and her “Can-do” attitude.

She is an “Energizer Bunny” and just keeps going and going. Ginny
loves and participates in sports, has many hobbies, and loves to donate effort
and time to worthy causes.  When you see her, she will most likely be
smiling!
Ginny loves being a Realtor and helping customers realize “The
American Dream”, she also devotes time to the Realtor’s Charity Golf Tournament,
and Realtor Education. She has been teaching in her local Realtor Association
for the last 14 years.  She has a passion for helping new Realtors get a good
start with their businesses.

She holds several designations including:
Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR),  Certified Distressed Property Expert
(CDPE) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  She has also accomplished 2
of the 4 classes toward the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
designation.
Past careers include a vast background in Manufacturing, with a
Top Secret Clearance with the Dept. of Energy.  She has a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Management from Pepperdine University and Graduated Magna Cum
Laude.
