I grew up in Southern California and graduated from U.C. Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science.  I was a community banker for 27 years, specializing in agricultural and commercial finance. My wife and I chose to move to Sutter in 1981 to raise our family and be involved in our community.   Our two children graduated from Sutter High School, and attended local colleges.  They currently live nearby and we enjoy spending time with them and our first grandson. I have maintained an interest in my family’s cattle ranch in Oregon with my two brothers, and I enjoy visiting when I can.  I have been very involved in local organizations such as Rotary, 4-H and FFA, the Sutter Youth Organization (SYO), and Sutter Area Little League, and I served on the board for Brittan School for several years. In 2003 I obtained my license to sell real estate and joined the Yuba Sutter Association of Realtors (SYAOR).  I became a Board member in 2008 and was elected president for the year 2011.  That year I was also awarded Realtor of the Year.  I continue to serve as a board member and I remain very involved in the local real estate community.

My background and experience in finance and property analysis gives me the experience to help clients make sound decisions with their real estate investments.  Integrity has always held a high priority in my career, and I continue to demonstrate this in all my business transactions.  I enjoy working with people, whether they are buying their first home, a rental, another ranch, or a commercial property.  I always hold my client’s interest as my first priority, always have and always will.
