My name is Carissa Dusa. I was born and raised in the Yuba Sutter
Area, and I’m proud to be a third generation Realtor. I have worked in the
construction and Real Estate fields for the last eight years. I know Real Estate
is the most important decision and purchase a person will make in their life.
Let me walk you through the Real Estate process in friendly, informative, and
low pressure way. I have committed myself to always being knowledgeable on the
latest technology, education, and information available in Real Estate. I work
with Sellers, Buyers and Investors in the Yuba- Sutter, Butte, Colusa,
Sacramento, and Placer Counties. I have obtained the Certified Distressed
Property Designation and have helped many sellers successfully sell their home
through short sale. I love working with buyers and First Time Home buyers. I
also work as a consultant/agent for many local investors.

I am married to Ryan Dusa, a developer and Commercial agent.
Together we are investors and business owners ourselves. We work hard and Play
hard! In my spare time I enjoy traveling, cooking, interior design, snow skiing
and spending time with loved ones.
