I was born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter area and graduated from Sutter High School in 1964. On the personal side, I have always loved and been involved in the Arts, whether it was drawing, playing music, or doing voices, dialects, or impressions. Of course, I still enjoy music and occasionally am involved in local theater or radio.

After High School, I attended Yuba College for a year and a half. At that point, I decided to take a little break from school for awhile, and ended up receiving my “draft notice”. In 1968, I got out of the Army and returned to Yuba College, where I met the love of my life. God blessed my wife Val and I with our daughter Amy, who is currently working on her Masters at Sac State, plus working for an Assemblyman at the State Capitol.

From 1973 to 1991, I exercised my artistic side in the Signs and Graphic Arts industry, and then in 1991, I decided to begin my career in Real Estate. Over the years, I have sold everything from homes and investment property, to land and Commercial businesses. I pride myself in doing the best job possible for my friends, family and clients. My business success is based on the “Golden Rule” and wonderful referrals from previous clients. Rest assured that I am totally committed to the people and the future of our wonderful community.
